Also we started during the off season and all the prices are very low that we could never expect. Anda boleh pilih pelbagai jenis makanan laut di bahagian bawah pasar ini, kemudian bawa ke tingkat atas untuk dimasak di restoran. Setiap restoran mempunyai harga yang berbeza, mereka akan caj untuk setiap jenis masakan yang anda mahu.

Resepi Bulgogi Beef Korea

Bahan:
– 350 gram daging lembu daging pinggang atau prime beef lain 

(sedikit lemak dan urat), dihiris nipis yang mungkin
Perapan:
– 2 sudu makan kicap
– 3 sudu makan air
– 2 sudu makan gula pasir
– 1 sudu makan madu
– 1/2 sudu makan minyak bijan
– 1 sudu makan bijan sangrai / panggang
– 1 batang daun bawang, rajang halus
– 3 ulas bawang putih, dicincang halus
– 1 sudu teh lada hitam
– 1/2 sendok teh kaldu bubuk (opitional)
Cara membuat:
Untuk memudahkan agar kita bisa menghiris daging nipis yang mungkin maka masukkan daging ke freezer hingga setengah beku, kemudian dengan menggunakan pisau tajam iris daging nipis yang mungkin.
Siapkan mangkuk, masukkan semua perapan, aduk hingga rata dan larut. Masukkan daging lembu yang telah dihiris nipis. Aduk rata. 
Tutup permukaan mangkuk dengan plastic wrap atau penutup lain. Rendam daging dalam bumbu selama sekurang-kurangnya dua jam di dalam peti sejuk.
Siapkan kuali besi / hot plate atau boleh menggunakan kuali rata anti lengket yang ada. Panaskan hingga benar-benar panas. Tuangkan daging dan semua rempah perapan ke kuali. Masak daging di kuali 
atau panggangan hingga matang, sambil dibalik-balik. Jika anda menggunakan hot plate maka proses ini tidak memakan masa lama.
Saat daging telah matang dan empuk, perapan telah habis, matikan api. Taburkan bijan panggang dan daun bawang, aduk rata. Sajikan bulgogi panas-panas langsung dari hot plate ditemani dengan nasi putih panas. Yummy!
