Real Cooking With Anis Nabilah - Episode 1 (Nasi Goreng / Fried Rice)

Resepi Nasi Goreng Pedas 

Bahan-bahan 

• Nasi putih ( untuk 2-3 orang makan )
• 1 biji bawang besar
• 5 tangkai cili padi ( ikut suka, siapa suka pedas boleh tambah lagi cili )
• 2 biji bawang merah
• 2 biji telur
• 1/4 ikat kacang panjang
• segenggam ikan bilis
• garam/ajinomoto

Cara-cara

1. Panaskan minyak dan goreng ikan bilis sampai garing. Ketepikan. Kemudian goreng telur dan buat macam scrambled egg, ketepikan.
2. Gunakan minyak yang sama ( tambah minyak kalau kurang ) dan goreng bawang merah, bawang besar yang sudah dikisar bersama cili padi. Goreng hingga garing ( ini paling penting mak kata )
3. Kemudian masukkan kacang panjang yang dipotong pendek dan gaulkan rata hingga kacang masak.
4. Tambahkan nasi putih dan gaul. Kemudian masukkan ikan bilis dan telur, tambahkan garam dan ajinomoto.
5. Rasa dulu, dan tambah mana yang kurang. Kalau nak ganti dengan sayur kangkung pun boleh.
